Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Recruiter position in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a Full-Time, long term opportunity for the right person. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring. Staffing Agency experience is helpful. Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus. Responsibilities for this Recruiter job include:

• Experience as a Recruiter

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Recruit, screen, and hire qualified candidates; maintain confidential employee records; records management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' minimum recruiting experience required

• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelor Degree is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay is $30/HR and the schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM
